"Battery Purchase Experience with MeadoTech"
I placed an order for a battery from MeadoTech. Turns out it was out of stock. They reached out to me and suggested a higher spec battery from the same brand at no extra cost. Sadly, that battery didn’t fit in my compartment, so I had to turn down their suggestion. In the end, they managed to get my original choice with just a little delay and kept me in the loop the whole time. I’m really satisfied with this company and would happily recommend them to anyone.

"Great Customer Support and Expertise"
The team was super helpful and really knew their stuff. They spent about an hour on the phone going over our current setup and assisting me in choosing a new one. Communication was on point; they replied fast to emails and calls, keeping me in the loop about my order. There was a hiccup with the solar charger delivery from the manufacturer, but they were kind enough to lend us a temporary one until ours showed up. Plus, their prices are pretty competitive!

"Hands down the best around"
I'm turning an old ambulance into a campervan, and these folks have been fantastic with the electrical components. I've purchased several items from them on different occasions, and even when there was a tiny issue with one order (just a small part missing), they got it to me the very next day before noon. I'm piecing together my whole system from them, and every shipment has come quicker than I anticipated, all neatly packed and functioning perfectly. Plus, they provide free advice, which is a real bonus for DIY enthusiasts like myself.

Awesome assistance and superb backing. These folks really know their stuff and genuinely get how it operates. They were way more supportive and even provided us with firmware updates, something the manufacturers of the items we purchased, Victron, didn’t do. Thanks a ton for all your help!

"Victron Easysolar and Dongle Experience"
I purchased the Victron Easysolar along with a dongle from Meadotech. Unfortunately, a problem arose because of a shoddy installation by my electricians. Meadotech was incredibly supportive, dedicating a lot of time to help me troubleshoot and pinpoint the problems. Really appreciate it! Highly recommend them.

Got a quick reply to my online chat question and then followed up with a stock inquiry over the phone. They offered next day shipping, and it was just as promised. Prices are pretty much in line with what others are charging.

"Awesome customer support"
Dealing with this company was a breeze. I reached out about a battery setup that wasn’t listed on their site. To my surprise, they got back to me in just a few hours and added it for sale. Awesome customer support! The batteries showed up just two days later. Couldn't be happier.
